Simple Sautéed Kale (Optional Side or Pan Add-In)

Serves: 4

Serving size: ~1 cup cooked

Ingredients:

1 bunch kale, chopped

1 tbsp butter or olive oil

Splash of apple cider vinegar

Salt

Instructions:

  1. Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add kale and salt, stirring until wilted (about 3–5 minutes).
  3. Finish with a splash of vinegar and serve.
